About VitalitasIndo
We publish English-language explanations of natural supplements for men, with a focus on products and ingredients readers can actually find in Indonesia.
Who runs this site
We are a content team, not a manufacturer and not a retailer. We do not sell capsules, hold inventory, or take commissions on product links. That separation is the whole reason this site can describe a formula without also needing to move it off a shelf.
What we do
We read labels and published ingredient information, then write the explanation in plain English so a reader can compare two bottles on a marketplace listing without a background in nutrition science.
What we do not do
We do not manufacture, import, distribute, or store any product. We do not run a storefront, take an order, or handle payment. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
Where to find us
Our office is at Jl. Ring Road Utara No. 7, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta, 55281. You can reach us at [email protected] or on +62 274 814 137, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
We do not invent numbers
We do not publish testimonials we cannot verify. We do not use before-and-after framing. If a claim cannot be checked against a label or a published fact, it does not go on the site. That rule slows us down and we keep it anyway.
Every figure you read on this site should be traceable to a label panel, a manufacturer's published specification, or an official ingredient reference. When we are unsure, we say so in the sentence itself rather than in a footnote nobody reads.
A
B
A — capsules in the two common shell types you will meet on Indonesian listings.
B — the dried botanical portion of a blend, shown at the scale a reader can actually judge.
What we cover and why
We focus on botanical extracts, minerals, and daily wellness formulas aimed at men. That means ginkgo biloba, serenoa repens, epimedium brevicornum, iron, vitamin D3, zinc, magnesium, and B-complex vitamins.
These ingredients appear repeatedly on real labels sold in Indonesia and through imported listings, which is the standard we use to decide what gets a page. It also keeps the coverage honest: if a name never shows up on a shelf here, it does not need a page here.
Most readers arrive looking at men's vitamin formulas, energy and endurance formulas, or general men's health support. We treat those as three different questions and answer them separately rather than bundling everything into one page about being healthy.
Men's Vitamin Formulas
How we research a formula
Four passes, in this order, every time. The order matters because a marketplace listing can be persuasive while a label panel is simply factual, and we want the factual version first.
We do not test products ourselves and we do not claim to. Nothing on this site comes from a bench trial we ran or a measurement we took.
-
1
Read the label
Nutrient amounts, serving size, ingredient forms, manufacturer details, and expiry information all get read line by line. Serving size is where most confusion starts, so we quote it exactly as printed.
-
2
Check the listing
We look at how the product is positioned in marketplace listings, then compare it against similar formulas at the same price band. Marketing language gets set aside; the numbers get compared.
-
3
Write the explanation
Plain English, no borrowed slogans. If a term needs a definition, we define it in the same paragraph rather than sending the reader somewhere else to look it up.
-
4
Revisit the page
Formulations change, brands reformulate, and listings go out of stock. When a label changes we update the page, and when we cannot confirm the current version we mark the page as needing a re-check.
What we avoid in the copy
No cure or treatment language. No clinic vocabulary. No countdown timers, no last-chance banners, no pressure. Supplements are a small part of a healthy routine, and the writing should reflect that proportion rather than inflate it.
That also means we do not write as if a bottle replaces sleep, food, or movement. Healthy lifestyle products work alongside a routine; they are not the routine itself.
Who the content is for
Men in their twenties through fifties who want a straight explanation of what is in a bottle. Also readers buying for a partner, a father, or a friend who would rather understand the label than trust a product photo.
If you have opened a listing, scrolled past the images, and found a nutrient table you could not parse, this site is written for exactly that moment.
Where to go next
Three places to continue, depending on what you came here for. Each one is written for readers rather than shoppers, so nothing asks you to buy anything.
Ingredient Library
Ginkgo biloba, serenoa repens, epimedium brevicornum, iron, vitamin D3, zinc, magnesium and the B-complex vitamins — what each one is, and which forms appear on Indonesian labels.
Energy and Endurance Formulas
How stimulant-free formulas are put together, and what to compare between two similar blends.
Healthy Lifestyle Guide
Sleep, food and movement habits that make a daily formula worth taking in the first place.
How we handle corrections
If you find an error, an outdated formulation detail, or a claim that reads like advertising, write to [email protected] with the page address. We review correction requests and update pages when the label or the fact has changed.
Send us a correctionWhat we are not
We are not a medical resource and we do not give individual advice. We cannot tell you whether a specific product is right for you. That conversation belongs with a qualified professional who knows your situation, and we are explicit about that boundary on every page.
What we can do is explain a label, name the ingredients in plain language, and describe how similar formulas differ. That is the whole job, and it is enough to be useful without pretending to be more.
